You can get your car tuned by a pro tuner with this cable or contact uprev so they can send you an E-Tune via email based on your car log for 50$

How is the License transferable?
 

Have you used this cable on your car? If so I was under the understanding that the license is not transferable.

The license is fully transferable as long as the first car is reflashed back to stock. At that point it is transferred back onto the cable and works just like a new one, except that no free tunes are provided.

Also etunes are NOT $50 from Uprev.

The $50 etunes are for updates to a tune that they have already done, for example Osiris standard customers who want additional etunes. If you do not have a tune from them you have to purchase a base tune for $250 which includes 3 etune updates.

So if someone bought this cable they would have to spend another 250$ from uprev to get tuned? And they sell the package for 550$ so 300$ is the cable and 250$ is the tune...right? Im asking because I am thinking about selling my cabke with the license married back to the cable and want to know what a fair price is

If they were to go through Uprev directly for etuning then yes. There are other, cheaper routes for etuning tho.
