Quick question about the diff. Reading the post, it talked about using different shim size due to the differential size being slightly smaller.
What hardware is needed to swap the cusco diff? Trying to grasp what this would entail. |

Text me with any questions you may have. |
I guess I'm not that up to speed on the differentials. I was hoping that because we're both 370s and hopefully both MT, that the fit should be the same. But you're saying there MAY be a slight variance and MAY need new shims. I live in Italy, so finding the right shop can be challenging. (Also why I haven't texted.)
|
Yeah, it's actually likely you will need different shims. In my case I was able to flip the shims left to right and it worked. Worst case, if you're doing an install yourself, you could put the diff in, check the backlash, and then go buy/order the size that you need.

Prices dropping. Differential is crazy cheap!

Payment sent for the LSD!

I always do my best to represent the product I'm selling.. I hate dealing with people that make me think I'm buying a *mint* item and then when I get it... it's trashed. Anyway, only things left are the Bride FO Rails and the Y-Pipe. Y-Pipe is pending. |
