Repost from myG37.com but It appears some of the pieces maybe compatible, just putting it out there.


Well Its taken me a year to collect all the parts for the conversion so my loss is your gain. No point upgrading when I'm planning to get the new Q60s and I have no time this summer to install it.

Take a non nav G37 and make it navigation!

- Complete dash harness which will make wiring this alot easier
- GPS Antenna
- 2011 Hard drive/computer head unit
- LCD screen
- Dash controls ( I have 2 sets)
- Backup Camera
- Detailed instructions by local member George (Michg37)
- XM compatible cable for wiring

Shipping will probably be $100 anywhere in the US due to the wiring harness.

Hmm the screen, Hard drive, and harness would be all I need to run the newer setup in my 09. But I don't see a price

Would this set be compatible with 370z?

at minimum you'd need the 370z surround/bezel. which I think runs around $300 new.

also pretty sure you'd need the nav radio/ac controls, but I am not 100%. maybe someone knowledgeable could chime in with a definitive answer.

I'm sorry for not responding, It appears my settings weren't emailing me.

Price reduced. I'm not sure on the specifics for the 370Z, The bezel will need to be purchased but the guts should be the same.

I can't give an exact answer as I'm not sure, anyone knowledgeable feel free to chime in.

Thanks I just wish I knew exactly what else I need (part wise) to update my Z before heading down this road (that could be long and bumpy)! LOL

You could check the Nissan Part numbers and see if they are the same? , I'm sure the screen, hard drive (which would also be the same connectors from the harness) would be the same. Email me and I can check or send more photos
