19'' Work VS XX Gold Wheels

Why not just buy new lips and have a shop rebuild them to the right sizes...

I did, I'd like to get my money back and maybe more if possible, but like I said the price is definitely negotiable and I'm willing to go way down. Its just a starting price because people always lowball.
