40th Door Panels (will pay top dollar)

Looking for some 40th door panels. Mine were sold by previous owner :/. Tried to order some from Nissan but they are on back order with no ETA.

forgive my ignorance, but are the panels suede or leather? Only asking because a local audio shop here has touring door panels for sale.. they are suede.. could always get them reapolstured. (spelling)
