Same reason why Invidia sells a catback for $800 when others are $1200+. Whether it be a more cost effective manufacturing process or a less involved R&D process, I wouldn't worry about test pipes being a name brand - it's a foot long pipe with two flanges. As long as it fits and is made of quality material it will serve its purpose.

Top Speed probably took a competitors test pipe and created a jig to copy it. Boom, zero R&D and the same end result at a cheaper price. :happydance:

They are 2 pipes. You can't really say who "copies" whom. There's really no other way to bend 2 pipes lol.
