I am interested, with they give me a little more sound? Lil more power and throttle response?

Yes, they should give you all three. Deep exhaust note, comes alive when you hit the throttle. At least that is what I gathered from all the research I did before I purchased them. Like I said, I never got a chance to install them unfortunately.

No hardware unfortunately, it was not included.

I do have this HFC paired with ARK grip.
Free flowing quicker acceleration with deeper solid sound. Zero drone less rasp at higher speeds. Had it for 2 years now the best combo full exhaust for my Z.
No CEL light.
Expensive but worth every penny.

For hardware try to use your Oem cats bolts and gasket or buy the racing gasket from Z1 $40 for pair.
