Fast intentions exhaust

Honestly I don't consider anything a significant upgrade over this. Except maybe amuse. But combined w my non res test pipes, the sound is deafening Haha and the gf does not like. And I don't want to lose the flow so stock cats is not an option. I'm thinking m7 or berk at the moment

I believe was another member. One of my buddy was looking to order an FI, clearance was a big issue for him so he asked that question and was told FI sits higher than stock. He ordered it, even paid extra for the CF cans, it scraped soon after it was installed

When I was buying mine, FI said that it is the same height as the lowest point on the car, but it is shifted now to an area which may not be as protected as the other OEM low point (on the rear suspension I believe). I have not scraped at stock height and I only clear my drive way by a few millimetres on the front.

This exhaust will not scrape at stock height. Even if lowered, it will only scrape on massive dips. Pretty much only when you bottom out...

Oh my comment wasn't meant to say that FI hangs low at all, in fact it's probably a little higher than the Ark Grip I had on, now those things are low

I've seen ppl using zip ties around the rubber hangers to gain a few mm of clearance.

It will fit just need to get extensions and extend tail pipes as well. I used a magnaflow cbe from a 370z on my g37 coupe. Just paid muffler shop to fabricate 2.5" tubes only about $80 more

I am at stock ride height and have the gen 2 and when I put it on I was concerned about clearance. I measured and the lowest point under my Z (except the stock front air dam) is the cats and they are around 1/4" lower than the lowest point on my mufflers.
