whoops

I went to the bike shop to get a key made for my quad that I still barely know how to ride. Being as I haven't had a street bike since 1999 I went over to look at what is out there these days. Fell in love. Walked out with this. lol I have no room for it. But it does match the Z. Pardon the mess in the garage... it looks like a bomb went off. Trying to get ready for the remodel and shop build. But it isn't working. Plus, me and the Zed aren't on speaking terms. Still mad at having to push her. (eventually we'll get the SC stuff dialed in)

LOL, yeah the garage is a mess, but i'm also digging the Chevy II in there. Almost looks like you could use that pic as a game...I spy a R2D2, can anybody fine it? lol

brutusvk 01-04-2015 07:18 PM

There is full motor and reloading set up in there too. Plus all that was in the storage shed and the den got moved to the garage.

We are building a 1200 sq ft shop in the backyard. That will be nice. And then the whole house gets gutted and rebuilt.

Oh and R2 is a cooler!

Yep I found the R2 unit. My little guy would crap his pants if he saw that in real life. He's currently obsessed with R2-D2. :roflpuke2:

I bought that for the shop. I love it too.

I just ordered the new motor for the nova on friday. Scott Shafiroff small block 427. 575 tq makes me happy. It already has fuel injection and the nitrous system has its own fuel system. The car is not just a straight line car. It handles and is set up for autocross.

Got it by the door. How about the pony? Lol

brutusvk 01-22-2015 09:36 PM

The 25 lb weight is a base for a rocket launch pad. (For the bad boy rockets.. K motors, etc)

Nice! Looks like a fun bike and should be cheap to insure.
I have a garage full of Yamahas 6 total, 7 if I count my snow blower. ;)
Yamaha FTW!

brutusvk 01-27-2015 05:16 PM

Easiest to ride bike I have ever ridden. It encourages wheelies. Glad I am too old for that. lol. I had never owned a yamaha. Now I have two. Love my Raptor too.

Never too old for wheelies, just keep your foot on the rear brake. I have a Raptor 700SE, which one do you have?

brutusvk 01-28-2015 10:28 AM

I have a 2006 Raptor 700R. I also have a Suzuki 400 LTZ and my wife has a Polaris 330. I may like the 400 best. We have not really riddent them much. I am having a trailer built for them. I have a 5th wheel hitch in the bed of my truck so it makes it difficult to take them out riding. But soon it wil be really easy. Quads are totally new to me. Grew up riding CR250s and the like.

makeithappen 01-28-2015 11:23 AM

Nice, My 700 has a bunch of mods, it has the same power to weight ratio as a '13 ZO6 vette. My wife rides a wolverine 450. Riding is one of our family hobbies...Good times!

brutusvk 03-30-2015 11:25 PM

Already sold my FZ07 and bought a new bike. This is closer to what I was used to. lol
