I have both an STi hatch and a Nismo Z. Like comparing apples to oranges, two completely different cars. Stock, both put up similar power numbers. Although power delivery is much different.
The way I look at it is the STI is extremely fun and practical while the Z is equally as fun in its own right. There's times that I choose to drive the STi and times where I'd rather be cruising in the Z. |

my buddy has a Q50S. it's nice. but i like the lexus's styling better. its not like im going to be driving the sedan spiritedly either. i do that with my Z. the lexus is more for the interior, and quality. it will be my dressup car.

he has little kids? if so, 2 door is a pita. i speak from experience. 4 door wagon is the way to go if this is going to be a family car with little kids.
everything is nice and decent in a 2 door on a nice day. introduce rain downpour picking up kids after school and immediately understand wat pita means. your door sw, panels all wet while buckling the little kid in. no room for you to get inside the vehicle to close the door behind you. |

Ugly as hell but I would love AWD and a bigger spoiler like the Nismo. Otherwise it is what it is. I got the Z bc of rarity and those damn curves.

My dealer couldn't re-sell my 370Z that fast. They gave me $27,500 on paper, while discounting their vehicle to $1K below KBB "Average". They listed my Z at 31K initially, and by a month or two, had reduced it to $29K. They had to put new tires on it, too. |
