nope, just buy another car. plus, the WRX is probably first to go. It already has 12k on it, time to sell!

I'd happily pay 35k for the car. It will have a lot of features that aren't available in other RWD cars in that price range (LSD, etc)

I would probably do this too.

Good thing is the woman's CLK500 is another year or two away from trade-in time so this could be a viable replacement.

Yeah, I'm expecting the supercharger to be a TRD part, not a "TRD car" so-to-speak.

I think Subaru will release an STI version of the BRZ that has upgraded brakes + suspension goodies, and then a "Spec B" or something that will have a turbo and probably be priced around 35k.

This might seem expensive, but it would probably be marketed as a limited run car -- and it would also most likely have extra interior goodies bits as well.

STi ain't an STi without turbo.. Subaru would disappointment millions of enthusiasts by trying to sell a non turbo STi.. Sacrilegious, and a slap in the face to Suby fans.

The WRX arrived in 01, and the STi followed 2 years later. Expect a repeat for the introduction of the BRZ.

BTW.. I would much rather own a supercharged vehicle for the sake of throttle response, but I'm certain Subaru won't just slap on the turbo and cooler like Toyota can with a supercharger.. STi trim has always come with a beefed up chassis and engine.

You know STI is a subgroup, not a trim level, right?

The NA BRZ will be badged with the Subaru Technica International banging from the start, since STI collaborated on the build. There may be a turbo version later, but it won't be BRZ vs BRZ STI to differentiate.
