Texas has some good cop cars, though Houston has moved onto the stealth dodge cars now with all internal lights, etc. Luckily there are not many, but damn you never see them coming.

Texas is no joke with all the undercover cars.
We have some undercover 80s bronco here that I've seen with someone pulled over twice. Talk about not seeing that one coming.

I wish Houston went with those, I can spot that half a mile away.
Another thing many counties are doing in Texas is not the dodge charger, but F-150 with internal lights, most people never see the truck as a threat.

Off topic a little,

My wife said Ford is canceling production of the Crown Victoria. I believe that's the number one choice when it comes to patrol cars.

As of 2008, it was only available as a fleet sale, so it's no surprise.
