nice build ! Always loved that classic body style, wish we had some hidden away in the states.

Interior and some clean up on engine was done recently
Whole interior relayed gone with fabric roof compared to plastic as in OEM and used some sound dampener then full custom carpet Custom B pillar covers Removed the stock fuel lines, changed the coil to MSD, installed Moshimoto radiator overflow tank, changed stock radiator cap with HKS one, new plug leads, polished the strut bar and refinishing of some engine painted as was damaged over a year while engine was lying around. Changed all the bolts to newer ones in engine bay and front end, had to cut and weld the front coils for height adjustment still I think needs more cutting as cant go lower in setting any further, will look into that after installing all pending body pieces but this is how it sits now. As of now we are finishing the battery relocation to trunk and final wiring job, car should be ready for registration test sometime next week, getting impatient and cant wait |

Looks great. Without the front grill on, the front end reminds me of a 1970 Aston DBS

After quiet some time took some pictures from a camera rather then phone, car is going for registration tomorrow, little work is still there but nothing big can say almost its done except future interior work and installing new wheels and front lip in coming few days.
Engine bay all done only need oil catch can waiting for filter for that, went with Vibrant one. Interior can live with it for a while till redo it, See the rear fender flare coming out once the rear door is opened For cooling purpose some Japanese touch Added new steering wheels as well Ordered battery relocation kit came slightly bigger one but still looks clean and good All fender flares installed except left front one will be installed today all chrome moldings Stickers installation started |

Started the car two cylinders were not working not sure what happened but maybe we kept the engine for a year after it was refreshed and some water from the lines swiped in. There were rust patches when opened the engine.
Instead of rebuilding it all just did the head work at machine shop and got hold of another L28 (2.8L) as this is L20 (2.0), will be rebuilding that parallel and install in summer time. L28 came with N47 head and tried to search for L28 Diesel for Diesel crank found a shop with loads of diesels so will be making a 3.1/3.2L stroker with diesel crank, L24 rods and bigger KA24E Pistons Engines found in scrapyard had loads of them On the other side ordered Fujitsobo Exhaust Got the wheels as well Starroad Glow Star 15 x9/10 -19/-28 While testing those test fitted Work CR01 as well ordered them last year for the 240Z they looked much better but more aggressive in the front 15x9/10 -28 all So for now deciding on Starroad Glowstar when will fit tires in work will install and check on the hako for tires went for Hankook Ventus 195/50/15 and 225/45/15 |

Really enjoyed reading through your build thread. I live seeing these restoration builds. Sorry about that hassle with the two cylinders but it sounds like you resolved it quickly.
