I sold my Z back to the local dealer. The dealer in Toronto didn't really want to give me a solid price on the Z since it was site unseen and 2000 kms away. I can understand that. I would have had to take the chance and drive it to Toronto when the C7 arrives and hope for the best. Didn't want to take that chance. I got a very fair dollar value for the Z and I'm happy with it. I'll have about 85-90% of the cost ready to go when the C7 finally arrives. I'm in no hurry really and I'll likely get a 2015 anyway since the 2014 allocation is just about taken care of. The thing that helps my situation is my order doesn't contain any of the constraints like carbon fiber dash, CF roof etc. If I keep saving I might change to a 2015 Z06, I don't want to finance very much if any for a toy. |

Anyway, congrats on the order! I have a feeling if I ever came to the decision to swap out my Z, it would be pretty tough to see it go - but you'll get over that pretty fast with the C7. As others have said, pictures are required once it shows up! |

I sold my fully built/nitrous C6 Z06. The car never broke down on me. Excellent sports car. You have nothing to worry about. The aftermarket parts scene is awesome for corvettes. Lot's of reliable and affordable parts that deliver serious power. Your in good hands.
