What is Nissan doing pushing with those hideous front grill? I like everything about the looks of this concept except for the front

Looks more like a Maxima design than....anything else.

The rest of the car is okay but that front end is definitely awful

thats because its a maxima with the rear doors shaved off and some gtr tail lights put in

Not aggressive enough. Its probably prettier than a GTR, but for me anyway, some of the GTR's appeal, apart from its God like specs is its "busted lip, bruised eye, scrred chin and broken nose". A tough SOB...this, this looks like a pus*y.

Looks more like what I imagined the C6 camaro to look like.

Honestly it looks like a Genesis to me...

From my understanding, Infiniti will make a luxury version of the GTR @a higher pricepoint.

The Essence...........I'll pass. That thing they called a GT-R............no thanks. That Z render is better, but I am not feeling the grill. Too much mesh for me. I am a big fan of large openings up front, but that one just looks like trouble to keep clean and serviceable.

you do realize that this is a rendering done by a completely different company not even associated with Nissan right?? :ugh2:

They basically copy/pasted the Maxima proto type recently shown off and just lowered the image and added round tail lights......

I definitely would not trade up! That grill reminds me of the new Rogues. Hope they don't incorporate that signature grill for the next Z.

I like it! If you watch Top Gear, you'll remember that Jeremy stated that the 2013 GTR looked like it was hit with an ulgly stick.

This concept looks much better, imho.

...an independent study... No way a GT-R leaves Japan with such few hard lines. Especially that roof line. Kill it fast! :thumbsdown:
