I saw somewhere a paint process that involves the normal highgloss paint, then they use a crap load of clear coat and then polish it like you did your knob when you saw your first boob.

That's how I felt when I was in Dubai. Sure there's some neat stuffs there but the basic infrastructure of the country seems to be extremely lagging behind. It's almost as if the entire population has money and nobody wants to be a civil servant.
