Tap the brakes, onz. If the car's paint is fine and it's just paint from the house on its surface, the clay bar method would work. When my wife did the same a few months ago (she runs her car into stuff fairly often), I actually used Goo-Gone and a MF towel to remove the scuffs.

Seriously, no

edit: I see the OP used soap/water and elbow grease to clean it up. Yeah if we're talking about scratches, neither a clay bar or the almighty Goo-Gone will fix that.
