Yours?

abkote 10-15-2013 09:09 AM

No, it's my friend car :)

JungleZ 10-15-2013 09:31 AM

Wow I love that side profile of the vette, the rear is sloppy looking. I would do a c6 taillight conversion.

TreeSemdyZee 10-15-2013 10:43 AM

:leghump:

CrownR426 10-15-2013 10:55 AM

Hot, change rims asap!

Jasonle 10-15-2013 11:23 AM

Damn that's hot

Haboob 10-15-2013 11:24 AM

I like the blue and the performance, but I'm still not a fan of the design yet.

Maybe it will grow on me, but I am still a C6 fan.

Z is nice of course. The Vette is nice from some angles and others its like a design based on the movie series Transformers. A bit gimmicky and not classic in style. No matter the drive is probably great but I miss the round tail-lights. Referencing a Camaro on a Corvette is useless.

UNKNOWN_370 10-15-2013 02:16 PM

Even with the vettes new dramatic design cues.... The Z still contends as a modern looking undated sports car along side the vette. Kool beans. :tup:i

Mandingo 10-15-2013 02:35 PM

Wow! The Z looks so much better!

+1 visually the Vette is now very busy with many broken lines and add-ons and vents as if they are an afterthought.
Function over form.

280z/300zx 10-15-2013 07:12 PM

I like them. They had two at the dealer this last week when we picked up our new Camaro 1LE. This last Sunday we actually did a cruise with the Corvette and Camaro guys here. Two of the new Vettes were there. Great looking car and sounds good too. I'm considering one for myself next year but not sure I want to spend 68k on one. It's really going to depend on what Nissan and Subaru bring to the market in the next year. Also waiting to see the new mustang.

TreeSemdyZee 10-15-2013 09:14 PM

Imagine if the Z and 'Vette made babies...

Every vent and spoiler on the Vette is functional. It all has a purpose.

LOL!!!!
Since Vett has more holes she will be a Mama :)

370Z JT 10-15-2013 09:55 PM

Now that's a sports car! Nice.

/Angelo350Z/ 10-16-2013 01:44 AM

It's pretty cool how the Z doesn't look outdated next to the C7. I'm not a fan of the new Vette, but I wouldn't mind having that beast in my garage.

Shamu 10-16-2013 08:49 AM

Man the Vette makes the Z look long in tooth both stylistically and functionally. Nissan new Z please!

Cmike2780 10-16-2013 08:54 AM

The C7 is a sweet ride, but the design looks so "busy." I saw one in person about a week ago and it definitely stands out. Seeing it next to the Z though....I'm not 100% sure "busy" is a good thing 5-10 years from now. I think the 370Z's design has aged pretty well. You can't really compare the two though. apples. oranges.

:iagree: That rear end looks Camaro'ish.

janglez 10-16-2013 11:54 AM

both are hot cars and offer different looks for different likes...don't really mind the back end of the vette but wish they would've stuck with tradition a lil more...either that or matched the tailpipe shape with the car (more squarish)...way more value for your money with the z though...most can't afford the vette especially in today's economy

Hence my statement about function over form.

Great looking Machines! I like the rear looks aggressive. Matter a fact I rather take that rear then that disgusting amuse rear any day of the week.

sunkist350z 10-17-2013 06:32 PM

I like the new rear of the c7 still gotta love the quad center exhaust.

andre12031948 10-17-2013 06:45 PM

the 370 holds up well-still

It would be nice to have the same weight car with 150 h.p more & much more tq.

sunkist350z 10-18-2013 03:37 AM

I saw a black with black wheels on the rode yesterday I gave him a thumbs up he waived back...very sexy car indeed Ferrari 458ish.

Not to mention 50/50 weight distribution, active suspension and wheels and tires to use that extra power. It's just so much more than a Z its hard to compare the two.

GM is really turning out some great vehicles lately. New Caddiillac ATS looks like a sweet ride too and has beat BMW in magazine comparos

RoshDawg 10-18-2013 12:15 PM

I wish the Z had c7 levels of performance. That would be one hell of a car. The Z looks like an elegant, muscular sports car while the c7 looks like a hot wheels toy. Can't knock that performance though.

:iagree:

LS swap...? :icon17:

Get some crisco, we'll slide that bitch right in.

Vertigo 10-18-2013 02:18 PM

Chevy really made the Vette look tacky with the C7. In comparison, the C5 and C6 had great bodylines.

I think the C5 is one of the ugliest cars ever built. C6 is sweet, this C7, like others maybe itll grow on me too. Its just sooooo...gimicky looking. Tacky. Though performance wise it will burn your house down and leave you with a permanent orange afro. Effin beast. The Z looks....aaaammmmmaaaaaZZZZZiiiinnnng. I wish I got that blue on my 2013. Damnit.

No doubt, sphincter factor of like 9.7. It means business.

Tadpole 10-19-2013 12:53 PM

All I think of when I see the Vette is the transformers movies. Im waiting for it to jump around, grow legs and arms, and then talk to me.

Are you for real? The rear is awesome.

jofro6 10-19-2013 01:34 PM

Love this new vette design... totally looks badass beyond words

_ace_ 01-01-2014 12:09 PM

Love the performance, and performance per dollar is even better - great cars. The looks are pretty meh though; I was expecting better.
