Dial? I thought it looked like it was just him using the paddle to shift...

Yes it was, wasn't it?? and if you notice at the end they say it was a closed course..Its actually a public road..(I have been there and if you go 40 mph you are really speeding during normal traffic..)...government must have shut it down just for this commercial...
