crack in 96 civic exhaust manifold

anybody know of any places that can weld it up for cheap or if not, know of a place to get a california legal exhaust manifold for cheap? knew i had an exhaust leak for a while now, but couldnt track it down till i decided to check under the heat shield on the exhaust manifold yesterday and low and behold a nice long hairline crack starting at the O2 sensor and all the way up the center of the exhaust manifold. any and all help is appreciated if anyone know of a place in the southern california region.

its a common issue with those gens honda civics. Since it is recommended to remove the manifold to get a proper weld, might as well install a new one.
