Juke Owner Opinions?

Please save the "it's ugly" comments for another thread. I like it. Nuff said. |

I thought they were ugly till I bought my 370Z. Now I just love how it tries to incorporate the Z style into it. A black lowered one with black rims and dark tint would look amazing.
That being said I do not own one and really have nothing to contribute to this thread. lol

Not an owner, but have driven one for extended periods as a loaner car.
They are fun and can be quick & peppy, in terms of overall space they are solid for the price point they are in. The back seat with a 6'4" driver is not happening, but with an average driver you can fit 4 adults fairly easily. It has 3 modes, eco, normal, sport. Eco is as it sounds, slow but is fuel friendly. I would use this mode when I was in traffic and did not need the power to get going. Besides that this mode is fairly worthless in my option. Normal is solid for everyday driving, getting on he freeway, traffic, etc. Provides good power but creates a bit of lag if you punch it. I believe this is to help control fuel economy just a bit. Sport, little to no lag, fun to punch it and drive. Can spin the front wheels (especially with the manual). They come fairly equipped if you want, cheap navigation, sirius, aux, usb, etc. You feel up around other cars but the car is fairly low & handles wheel, no arm rest from factory which sucked but you can add one.

Yeah the car was factory fresh, had a custom plate already, but was very clean.
I believe the factory wheels are a black/silver combo which look pretty solid.

I drove a Nismo Juke in Auto-X environment with the CVT AWD. It was amazingly fun. I could see myself with one as a DD. However, 6MT is absolutely necessary.

I was looking into one as an option, I liked it mainly for its styling and it does handle pretty well, the 6 speed is smooth and throws are relatively short. That being said the fuel economy isn't quite there, its average at best and still requires premium. I would weight what is more important to you in the economy department, if a sporty car is more important than eco you can't lose with it. In my case long distance driving and eco trumped it so I went with a tdi, can't argue with my choice making an average of 47mpg, but the drive is numb and uninspired. Just my two cents as I was very close to getting it, if my commute wasn't so long I'd own one.

Oh that is another thing, the tank size is like 10 gallons I believe.
So even if you get 25-30MPG that is only 250-300 miles on a full tank so you are filling up a bunch.
