I'd happily drive one. The outside is somewhere between "acceptable" and "good", and I really like the interior. It would be a nice comfortable daily driver. I'd rather have it

Here's a small vid on some of the Q50's features. Direct Adaptive steering has me intrigued. It's another Nissan/Infiniti breakthrough we may see on the next Z. I know it's just another drive by wire unit but??? So many of them are soulless. One thing the 370z has achieved well is phenomenal feedback behind the wheel. If preserving this trait means anything to Nissan? This may be the best non-hydraulic unit out there??? I still like to feel my steering wheels connection to my tires though... Even if Electric steering is perfectly weighted? That missing sensation may impede my driving fun???

Other than the name I really like this car. The g35/37 are too subdued for my liking. VQ is becoming long in tooth though. Was hoping to see more advances under the hood.

Yeah the rear 1/4 view is Sonata like, I wish you hadnt said that bc I hate the sonata styling and all i see in the rear now. Overall though, I think the q50 is refreshing. The G was bland.....but they are a dime a dozen so maybe thats why i feel that way.

Disagree. So you would say a c63 amg is bland and a waste but a g35c is stylish and exciting? There are plenty of sport sedans that can do the job of a sports car/coupe and still carry four passengers in style and comfort. I love "dual personality" sedans.

I gotta agree with you B15. It's one thing to not like sedans out of personal preference in terms of styling. But not all four-doors can't perform. I'll take the challenge of my Z vs the porsche panamera. I'm sure i wont come out better just because i have two doors. Same with the AMG or M3 sedan.

sedans are just not my thing. you have to accept that not everyone cares about sedans. unfortunately, the Q60 (coupe) doesnt really impress me either from the styling so far. |

Good thing about the Q60 coupe is, What we see now is just an amateur render. We still don't know what it will look like??? Lets hope for the best that Nissan won't disappoint.
