TOYOTA WORKING ON NEW SUPRA WITH BMW? - Speedhunters

Personnally, I would only want to see the finished product.
I was never a big fan of the Supra. Just too small looking to me...kinda like a college girl's car. I know the MK IV had everyone drooling, but I didn't think it was classy enough for me. I'll stick to my NISSAN Z,. |
toyota = boring cars in general, never liked them, tries too hard exterior design.
bmw = douche image, breaks down often, bland exterior design. toyota + bmw = _____ |

interesting!

i guess my real question is, does toyota really need bmw's help?
i seriously doubt this... more the other way around this day and age. |

I assume the collaboration with BMW means they can charge BMW prices. Plus hype train means ridiculous expensive.

Nissan or as you so skillfully put it "garbage", embraced the age of technology through going green with electric cars by selling 25,000 LEAF units in the US in....what was it Bloomberg said at the end of 2nd QTR FY13....ah got it, less than half the time it took the Prius. I'm not really sure what you planned to accomplish by flaming NISSAN on a NISSAN forum full of consumers whom actually know what they are talking about. I love your blanketed statements though "rattling seats, paint chips". Dafuq? |

Why? What possible thrill can someone get from being universally disliked? Get a new hobby.

Anyways how can you guys not agree that Toyota is a superior company to Nissan though. |

I do like Toyota, all our other cars have been Toyotas and my 370Z was our first Nissan. It hasn't disappointed me though...I mainly drive it around for fun at night and on the weekends. I haven't put that many miles on it or driven it in harsh weather or bad roads... so my opinion may be biased. I can't really say whether Toyota is superior to Nissan because the 370Z is the only Nissan I've ever driven... I'd probably have to test drive one of their sedans, SUVs, vans, and trucks then I could have a better idea how their vehicles are compared to Toyota |

A floating piece of shyt. What i don't get is... If you're bored at work? Why not be on a forum of a car you like so you can begin the research process. Just shows how much of a scumbag some people are. And this is why people like jungle will come in second in life. Honestly, i think he's saying he owns a Z. I think it's his mother's or his brother that he envies. Or even a friend. this guy has NO CREDIBILTY at all. |

This could be a good development. 86 chassis design principles (relatively lightweight, low CG), BMW blown motor, competitor with next gen Z...
I'm interested. Toyota, bring it on. |

Let's hope it's Toyota reliabilty with BMW performance and not the other way around.

[QUOTE=JungleZ;2328724]True... Most of my trolling is when I'm bored at work though.

Am i the only one here that realizes these are the two companies with the highest recall counts in the world???????:roflpuke2: Codename for the concept should be called "Total Recsll". :icon17: Some of you guys have your preferences for whatever reason, but toyota's are maintenece reliable, but safety wise are ticking time-bombs. Then BMW has more crucial parts replaced than any other car company. Fuel pumps, injectors, transmission parts, electrical components etc etc... |

BMWs are just crap as far as reliability goes. They're the German Mitsubishi. |
IDK about all you guys bashing Toyota. I have to turn VDC OFF in the Z so that the car doesn't cut throttle on me. A Toyota will keep the car at WOT without me having to even push the gas pedal :driving:

When i say Toyota's are the most boring cars to drive on the road. I'm not bashing either. It's a subjective opinion that most modern day enthusiasts will agree. (Not counting the overrated FR-S) Another subjective opinion. I just personally don't like sports cars with less than 270hp |
