that's JDM chicago? if so yah, ive visited their forum (just found them while searching jdm) in the past, but the overall vibe is much too young for me.

Yes its JDM Chicago. Most guys there are 16-25 with a very large amount being <18

Hey the FR-S is getting some half decent updates for 2014. None performance though. I think year 3 or 4 we'll see a surprise from them. Now all they have to do is drop the base price by $3,000 and they're golden.

they need wider wheels and rid that sunken in look. illuminating badges... yah, will get stolen immediately.

I definitely agree with the wider wheels as well, i feel it needs a whole new wheel design, more hp,a shytload more tq, a better interior and the front end can look a little higher end for the price. But even with all those critiques. it's not a bad looking car imho.

The trouble with more tire is you can argue it becomes less fun. The cool thing about the FT86 is that on its crappy tires it has enough power to hang the tail out and have fun. You can't toss our cars around like you can a BRZ/FRS, and that is what makes them fun.

If you put some wide, grippy rubber on then all you have is a car that feels like it corners on rails with an on/off throttle switch. Boring!

Now, if they decided to give it 300 hp, yeah, lets put more tire on... but as it is now I like the balance. Forget speed, hello fun.
