Don't tempt me Henry!!!!!
Okay guys, I love my Z but have to admit that there is something about a Mustang that really appeals to me. I love the looks as well as the exhaust note that a Z can't produce. I've never owned a Mustang and for that matter it's been many years since I even owned an American car let alone one built from the legacy of Mr. Ford. Why is this tempting me? Remind me again of how great our Zs are so I can get this silly idea out of my head.

Not another one... fack. If you decide you want a new car, get a new car. Dont come looking to forums to try and change your already made up mind.
Its like people want other people to fight for their brand loyalty. I dont know about the other members on this forum, but I got better things to do.

Can't speak for Conn., but down here in Ala. everybody & their Grandmother drives a Mustang.
And I've owned one. Imagine they're better now, but the one I had, the backend would break loose at the mere thought of some twisty bits. |

I don't understand the love for the mustang. I think that car looks clunky and ugly compared to the sexy-curves-and-yet-rad-aggressive-lines of the Z34. Maybe you can go a little faster in it, and you can definitely fit a couple more people in it, but I would take my Z ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. Old grandmas drive mustangs, for crying out loud. My 55 year old mom wants to get a mustang convertible.

An idiot 50's aged guy in a mustang (and it was clean too) took off from the right turn lane the other day because I was behind him and he wanted to show off. The back end kicked out and he went over the median busting the **** out of his rims and body. I cruised by slowly clapping. Truck rear ends belong on trucks.
