Default considering trading my Nismo for this 5.0

My car is an 09 with 20k miles. I went to this dealership a few months ago when I had 17k miles, they "unofficially" estimated they could give me 25.5k for it.

If they can still give me that much, I'm considering trading in if I can get them down on the price to get me close to an even trade.

I'm on the fence. Convince me why or why I shouldn't give it a try.

Have you test driven it yet?

It's a great car, but very different feel than the nismo. I'd get behind the wheel and see what you think.

I personally would not get one without the brembo package though.

Nismo = Base + suspension, exhaust, rims, body-kit, and tune. I say get the 5.0 if you like it, or keep the Nismo if you like it, it's not a rare car or anything super special either way.

The only way I was able to trade my 370z for a Mustang was to get the 13' GT500. And even then that bitch was sold before the salt hit the roads. Mustangs are great and fast but no staying power. The trait in your body that drew you to the 370z isn't something that fades. You will always look back and want something similar.

I went for the 2013 camaro 2SS. My old 2010 370z Nismo looks better but it doesn't have a lot of things that the 2SS has such as home link, navigation, a good stereo system, two rear seats. Plus the ride on the Nismo is too harsh for the roads where I live. I heard our roads are among the worst in the nation.

If you went Camaro???? I SERIOUSLY HOPE, you went with the 1LEpkg? The 1LE takes the camaro to a whole other level for a mere $3500. The 1LE is killing mustang Gt 5.0 with track packs and burying them, while puttin'some pimp slap on a Boss 302 for about 10k less than a Boss 302.

Nope.
I received an offer from GM for $3,000 off for any 2013 car on the dealer's lot.
The dealer gave me another $500 off, ($3,500 off total), so I got this car here.
I must say the 370z nismo felt faster than the 2SS but the 2SS is without a doubt a lot more comfortable. As you guys know, a 370z nismo has nothing, only the agressive looking body kit. 2SS even has voice activated command.

if those options were important to you why did you get the nismo and not a loaded Z?

because the look of the Nismo was too awesome
I know some people here think the regular Z looks better but I like the look of the Nismo better.

But after 3 years, I got used to the look and missed what it didn't have. I looked at the specs of the 2013 370Z nismo and it appears now you can add as options a better stereo system, homelink, bluetooth but still no NAV and a backup camera. I don't expect the ride quality to be softer though but I am sure for most new Nismo owners, it isn't a concern

Here's a pic of my old 370z Nismo a few weeks before I sold it

You can get a rear view mirror/homelink/backup camera as an option. Dealer installed option. Replace the head unit with a Kenwood/Alpine/Pioneer/jvc Headunit with pre-built nav or, Get a HU that can stream the Nav from your phone...

I understand. Most of us Z owners had this problem i know i did. So i went with a fully loaded Z. Because that was more important to me nav, bose system ect. But lucky for me i can add the amuse kit to make it look sexy.

the funny thing is i feel less agressive when driving the Camaro. I think the aggressive styling of the 370z Nismo and its harsh ride made me drive more aggressively :-)
