I've evaded twice (successfully), but it only worked because 1 cop had to u-turn and 1 cop had to enter the highway after radaring from a overpass. And there happened

I've evaded twice (successfully), but it only worked because 1 cop had to u-turn and 1 cop had to enter the highway after radaring from a overpass. And there happened to be a convenient turnoff in both cases, where I was able to make several quick direction changes. Didn't really 'run' in the sense that I didn't speed up or break any traffic laws, just made a bunch of direction changes before the cop could catch up.
