Intake: JWT PopCharger. No need to spend the extra money on piping as they all get the same gains.
Exhaust: I agree with the Tanabe. That was my #1 chioce for a bolt-on app.
~~ FYI: any high-flow cats/resonated cat-deletes/test pipes will add the bumble bee rasp.
Headunit: Don't have the knowledge base.
Manifold/Spacer: Can't go wrong with MotorDyne's stuff. I had the spacer, went to the Cosworth and going back to the OEM with spacer set-up.
Brakes: I think this is a good idea!
Wheels: What size tires you considering? A 18x9.0 +25 245/40 & 18x10 +25 275/40 Should look good. You can play with the wheel/tire calculator and OEM specs (18x8.0 +30 225/45 & 18x8.5 +33 245/45)

EDIT: I'd seriously consider an UpRev tune!
this sounds like good logic^ and yes, after you get all of the hardware put on, definitely get an uprev tune

Stock all around other than we plastidip the wheels to see how they looked black

Current ideas to upgrade (and need help on brands that are good/bad):

Exhaust - Does the 350z have the hiss when you upgrade the exhaust? I'm not sure, but I know that F.I makes an exhaust for the 350Z also, so you can look into that too

Wheels - This I need help on sizing & offset, will stick with 18" & probably something black You can go with the same size as the 370Z. Or
Here are some of the more popular wheel and tire sizes (for good reason) that people put on their Z's. There is no "RIGHT" answer but there is a limit to how big or small you can go.

18" combination:
Front 18" x 8.5" , Offset +15 to +25, Tires 245/40/18
Rear 18" x 9.5" , Offset +15 to +25, Tires 275/40/18
(lower offset such as +10 in rear is possible but may require rolling)

Front 18" x 9.5" , Offset +25 to +30, Tires 255/40/18
Rear 18" x 10.5" , Offset +28 to +35, Tires 285/40/18 or 295/35/18
(lower offset such as +23 in the rear is possible but may require rolling)

That's all I can help you with at this time. Maybe others can chime in on the other topics.

Exhaust - Motordyne everything!
Intake - Motordyne spacer / K&N intakes
Wheels - Stock V2 rays
Brakes - Plan is to give her my OEM BBK, what do I need for this to convert it for the 350z? Great idea
Head unit - pioneer 700bt
Lastly a tune!

Thanks for the input guys, all has been added to the list of possibilities.
Was talking with her the other night and she got excited about modding her car and before I even told her the first item she goes....So what company should I look at for boost. I knew I should not have let her drive my car.

Tell her to talk to me about boost! And how much NOT to do it!

She will not go for it because she knows how much money it is, plus she has my car she can take if she wants to play around at any time.
Isamu....that is the plan.

i had before a 2006 Auto 350z and now i have a 07 Manual

Best performance part for the DE, DC Sport ceramic headers. u will really notice a different even without a tune!!

Plenum spacer is a good investment too!

i really hate the rasp after changing the stock cats!! this is something we have to live with!!

^ I've never seen a dyno on any 350z that showed any gains at all with headers.

MREV2 and 5/16 spacer is the only way to for a 06 revup motor. I had one and it made a dramatic difference in the torque. You feel it all the way through the power band.
