thats interesting.. so your getting better 60s just with out? what RPM are you launching with vs what the LC does? reason i asked was the top end on that thing looks pretty damn strong.. the other car got out of the hole great but past the 1/8th it really picked up!
cool vid i had a similar experience... i raced this older mustang a few months ago.. guy had race slicks car was caged and he was running nitrous i think.. this guy had like a fire suit and everything... he got the jump on me via reaction time but i ended up walking him fairly easy Last edited by MC; 08-19-2012 at 07:32 PM. |

I launched at about 3200 rpms. With LC they say to launch around 4000 but it was counterproductive. Next time I will try a little higher without LC and see if it will still grip.

Very nice! Sad to see that still, noone has figured out "launch control" in the RWD platforms. GM made some lofty claims, as has Ford. Neither delivered so far as I can tell.
