He's lucky the cop only hit the window and not the paint, an that he didn't swing the door open into another car. When I see people like this with nice things, It reassures me that there is no god. :-(

Not trying to defend what the guy did, but those a$$hole cops in NYC are dirt bags. They will work hard to write you a $150 parking ticket while leaving the other important crimes unsolved.
