Default (Emergency) Question about the Brake.....

Hi!

I am a Z owner and i am purchasing Acura RSX tomorrow morning.....

its 2003 Acura RSX has 69000 miles on it and i got a deal for 10k OTD price

Question is, I test drove it today and it seems fine working property.

BUT#!@% When i start and press brake and change into gear to D

and when i let my brake release, It starts making cracking sound.

I asked the dealer what's wrong with the brakes and he says they just had

service this car recently, they probably changed brake pads or so.

When i drive 25 mph and when i press brake and release, it doesnt make a

sound but when i completely stop and let go of my brake, it starts making

a cracking sound. Is it a normal cause its been sitting there for while? or

should i tell em to fix it by tomorrow? Anyone had experience of this?

Thanks for reading this and you have nice day!@

All I could find from google searches are things about strut rods/strut rod bushings

When I changed over to SS brake lines I noticed a very small groaning sound upon releasing the brakes the first few miles I drove. Does it sound like the discs are catching, releasing, catching, releasing, etc, really fast? As if its not quite letting go?

If they can't fix it, just don't buy it. There will be other cars.
