Which sports sedan would you choose?

Does the owner have maintenance records and recites? At 50k miles a lot of things will start to wear out, and need service or replaced!

So, i am getting really close on replacing my Z

with a family sedan which i am looking at a 08 G35 sports and a 09 G37 journey. After doing some research, i've found that the problem with AC compressor in later gen G35 is pretty bad. Can anybody who has own g35 sedan before tell me what other problems I should also watch out for. Also, are there any common known issues with G37 so far?

I'd go with the G37 CPO with some kind of warranty. It's safer bet IMO... and obviously bigger engine.

I'd stay away from the kias/hyundais. It's pretty sheet metal, but crappy chassis/driveline. They're nothing more than sporty looking sedans. Nothing sporty about the driving experience if you're used to a 370z.

That's cool you've narrowed down to G35/37. I like the G37 IPL coupe, but sedan is for the Family . . .

Infiniti G37 if you can find one at your price range. VQ motor mounted in a 4 door rocket. I've got one so I'm biased. Got all the amenities that your wife and baby will love. If you can find a G37x it would be great. The only thing is you're only tranny choice is an auto. But with an AWD VQ, who cares.

One year old GTI 4door/hatch with DSG! Plenty of them around that price point. Very updgradeable, safe, total fun and useable. 10 best car year after year!

So, this is what I end out getting. 09 Maxima sports w. premium pkg. It was kinda sad

to let the Z go but I got to set my priority straight and do what is best for my family.
