Figure 8 was a breeze...just don't try to take it in 1st gear go up to 2nd and feather the clutch, it's much easier. Also, turn your head to the direction in which you want to turn. With the figure 8, you're almost trying to look behind you during the actual turn.

@Jasonle you're worrying too much about this class buddy. :) It's really a piece of cake. Like i've said before, they will teach you everything from the proper way to mount a bike to doing evasive manuever. In my class, they even taught us how to easily pick up a bike that has been laid down.

We had a female instructor, she asked the other instructor to carefully lay her own 1500cc bike on it's side. Ok, this lady is like 4'11 and weighed maybe 135. She said there are two ways to right the bike up. First, she had us try to pick it up...it took 3 guys to right it up. Then, she showed us how to do it the corrrect way. The bike was in first, she grabbed the handle bar, started the bike and rode it off. It was impressive! That was the first way to pick up the bike, the second technique she said only works for females. She then proceeded to hike up her jeans showed her legs and started winking at us. We got a good laugh. LOL.

Being military, I get the benefit of a free BRC, which is awesome since it gives me my motorcycle license in NY for free, also. The knowledge gained from it was priceless.

teaching himself. he was millitary but luckily grew up like two hours off base. so every weekend him and his father would work on his riding. and his father believed the best way to learn was to fvck up.

One of the reasons i was looking at a used thundercat. cuz they cheaper to insure and cheaper to repair.

His r6 was brand new too.

Just passed my motorcycle class! Man i learned so much! We'll worth it. I missed one question on the written test 50 questions. And missed 8 out of 21 on the riding portion. It was 2 long days but I'm glad i did it. 2 girls in the class quit and 1 failed.
