^ lol 31K must be a joke. Well, I mean, if anyone bought it for that much at least. I can forsee the BR-Z STi coming out in about a year or two max afterwards for around that price once the prices have went down, and those people will be so angry lol.

^ Yup. I also believe they can easily bump up that supply, it's mostly a finance and marketing strategy. They make people believe "the demand is so high, we cant produce enough, so u gotta pay more" when in reality they probably have enough to stock 50,000 BR-Z's into NA within the next year or so lol. They do that so that within the next 1 year, people are gonna jump on the gun and
a) pay more b) pre-order (which increases chances of them buying the car) or put deposits down c) market the car more because everyone will think its hotcakes They are interesting cars though, i'll admit I'd wanna drive one. |

IMO Op, if you asked me I'd probably buy a scion FR-S. The WRX is also a nice car, but its not "the new thing on the block" and wont catch your eye as much as these new FR-S/BR-Z's. Toyota has incredible reliability and that thing will outhandle the Si and the MS3. You don't need a lot of power in that thing-- its light, most of it's weight is close to the ground, and its RWD. It's the closest thing you can get to a Z without paying for a Z haha
