With where you live and what you do you need something capable in inclement weather that can handle all of your equipment. I'd go for an MS3 or a WRX.

They just gave me $200 more for my trade total of 14,000 for my civic seeing thy couldn't discount tint

Usaa gives my car 13,055 kbb is 14,650 good? Plus 3 k off their car?

I like the Si for it's reliability. The MS3 is more performance for what you are paying, however I can't stand the looks and I don't know... the boosted engine + reliability I don't really trust it. That being said, I'm suprised insurance is a problem. Here in Toronto, the Si and MS3 have higher insurance rates than the Z. I pay double for my Si vs. my Z, because the Si is a younger persons car in general.
