I really like the new vented hood. Looks sick. Must resist... would screw up my car(s) plan.

I thought i was coming into some extra funds this month but turned out it won't be till June or I would have bought on the spot. Ford has $3000 off 2012 Mustangs till April 16th and the local dealer was knocking off around another $2k. That, combined with a local dealer have a few base models left (they tend to go quick around here) would have sold me. I won't see a deal like this again anytime soon.

I briefly toyed with the idea of getting a 2013 Boss LS, mainly used for the track and weekend driving, but I know I'd trade it in a couple years for a C7 or something else. Just seems stupid to get one only to keep it for 2 years. Not to mention their rarity pretty much keeps them at or above MSRP, and at $50K... OUCH!

The 2013 model definitely seems like a quick little refresh just to hold people over before they release their next-gen model, and the 50th anniversary is the perfect time for that.

That's what it is. Keeps things fresh. Big changes for the 50th anniversary.

Well, its MY2014, so it'd be out some time in 2013.

"Do I really want to trade in my Z for a car I will only own for 2 years?".... That's the question I'm asking myself right now.
I also need to evaluate the differences between 2012 and 2013 models, because there are some good deals on the 2012's. edit: Oh I guess that Track Pack isn't available on 2012's, so I definitely want a 2013.
