Default Old cars made new??

So was talking to Pete Brock this last weekend and he was telling me about his Daytona Coupe, which was beautiful. He was telling me how it was made brand new from factory with modern day touches, etc, etc. So I've been thinking, what other old cars can be bought new now and days? Prior to this I only knew about the DeLorean being remade with a few modern tweaks but pretty much original. Now I find out the Daytona can be bought new with some nice modern day upgrades. Anyone know of other old cars that can be bought new now? It would be nice to have an old car that can be bought brand new. You have the uniqueness factor coupled with heritage. Not to mention you don't have to worry about it breaking down like old cars tend to do or going through the whole restoration process.

I believe Ford is selling a certain model year Mustang shell.

Google "iron garage". They've been doing this for many, many years.
