So it turns out we didn't care much for the feel of the Team Voodoo knob on the S2K. The way the boot is on the car it just felt weird... you end up grabbing both the shift knob and the top part of the boot. Not a good feeling.
Ordered a "wrinkle red" textured Moddiction Anvil II knob and a new shift boot with red stitching. On the 5.0 side of things, I'm going to put my Michelin PSS order in soon to capitalize on the special on TireRack right now. Discounted at $1488 for the set (originally $1550+) and you get a $70 rebate, which will cover shipping and then some.

No homo but I would think you would want a smaller knob for that transmission. What about just a type-r knob from Honda?
I agree with your finding though. I read your post and we went to put my knob( formally your knob) on my buddies s2k and we didn't like it either.. |

I actually think I would like a longer throw with this transmission. Something closer to the steering wheel. We ordered this style in "wrinkle red" and the same shift boot shown: Hopefully it will provide a better feel.

That's a nice knob you have there. Polish it often?

Unintentionally found that when Kenchan was secretly researching "shaft extenders" over some adult websites.

The TWM extenders are 4" which are a little bit too long for me to handle...

I didn't take any pics of it, but I installed a temporary Wheelskins leather cover today on the steering wheel. Ugh... these covers suck for steering wheels that have contours for your hands. It will do for now, but as soon as I feel like dropping the coin I'm going to have the wheel reupholstered.

I just ordered my Michelin Pilot Super Sports for the 5.0. 275/35/19 all around. Should have gobs of grip come Spring!
