M35X Light Build thread!

Hi all,

setting boring at work!! so i thought of doing a thread for my M35X. i got the car from the US. originally i wanted to purchase 370z but then (long story) i got 07 m35x plus some cash as compensation!

The car is nice and luxury! its got 12 speakers, DVD and that option when its brakes automatically when cruise control on (forgot the name)

So, i decided to keep the car for daily use. but the car was setting high! and it was heavy, after 80 MPH the car almost dead so thought of putting light bolt on's!

1st thing ordered Tein H-tech! They for 2wd M but they do fit the X.



Then i bought the OEM 19" sport wheels (enkei): got them used from some one in Nico forum! with their TPMS!



Blue lugs!! dont ask me why i choose this color!! i thought of trying it!



Got the Ichiba 15mm hub centric spacers!



Received BerK HFC (for 03-06 350z) but it fits perfectly!



Removed the Y pipe and made a custom Y pipe (Stock y pipe looks exactly like 350z HR Y pipe)



Also i added MD 1/2" Plenum spacer! (didnt take pics)

After the HFC, Plenum spacer, K&N drop in and Y pipe the car felt lighter! there is more power now when i accelerate after 80 MPH!

but the Ecu dropped a code p0037! seems that the sensors after the high flow cats got confused!!

mechanic told me its wont affect the performance!

My next step will be tune the car, maybe only a reflash with basic tune from uprev! since we dont have decent tunerz in Bahrain!

after the Y pipe, when the car in WOT (only when driving) i hear rattle sound!! i want to remove it! but i dont know how!!
