nice. but i think I would have a concern taking a $120k car to a dodge dealer for service. I don't think i would have that concern if i took a $120k porsche to a porsche dealer for service

I'm sure it will be like how Nissan works on the GTRs. You take your Viper to a dealer with an authorized SRT Viper tech.

Exactly what I was thinking. No way does the guy who does a neon (or w/e else) do you viper

my concern is not about the competency of the mechanics but about having an expensive car like that parked in a dealer that sells/services regular cars. The car would stand out and sometimes bad things could happen. I would have a little concern taking a GTR to a Nissan dealer for service too, but this Viper is a lot more expensive!

Make sure you take it to a good dealer then and do a before and after inspection with the GM of the dealer.

Ultimately, there will always be a risk taking a vehicle like that anywhere, not just a dealer. Drive it, love it, and understand it WILL get a paint chip.

I really like it!

And correct me if I am wrong but dealers have mechanics that are certified to work on the Viper. Not all dodge dealers have a mechanic that can work on them
