I agree those were ridiculous. I just hope it looks much better at the unveiling and in person than any of the renderings that have been published thus far.

Yeah, the big issue was some renderings had Camaro taillights and one test car did also so all the Vette owners freaked. They do not want anything to do with the Camaro as the Vette is a "higher caliber" machine.

I think they were just mad that the Camaro tail lights look like absolute sh1t.

I mean, they're "fine" on the Camaro, but they ruin the body of the vette.

I mean it's one thing if you copy the look of a superior car like a Ferrari or something, but not so good when you do it with an inferior car like the Camaro. Especially when it doesn't look good with the rest of the car.

Really? You would let taillights dictate your purchase? And discount all another technical advancements?

If the tail lights are the only drawback then I would consider it an amazing update.

That's like saying you won't date a beautiful girl because she doesn't like football.

Depends. The C7 is on my shortlist of possible next cars along with the 2015 5.0. Something like the tail lights could swing me the otherway, though I'm already leaning towards the 5.0. If the rumors are true, it might even end up being as fast or faster than the base Corvette.

They're taking deposits already? It's not actually going to be released till like 2014 IIRC.
