found this in auto yahoo
it was a 2011 GTR Premium listed for 33,350
I emailed the seller she responded

I appreciate your interest in buying my car. The Nissan is in perfect shape, never been smoked in, without scratches nor dents, and it has never been involved in any kind of accidents. I legally own a clear title, free of any liens or loans,under my name. It has 7,557 miles, for sale at $33,350. The price is below the market as I recently divorced and I don't own a driver's license, therefore I don't need it, so I'm trying to sell it as soon as possible. If you have any other questions, or need more info, please feel free to ask.

While it's most likely a scam or mistake, it is possible her lawyer was just that good. Hell there's a guy I know that bought a custom chopper valued at $15k for only $4 because of a divorce situation so this does happen.
