I like the rear lights. I think ford needs to scrap the key and go with a Nissan key and push button start. fords got it in lower end cars.
Over all the 2012 and 2013 look the same for the GT500. I think the 5.0/boss/base now look too close to the GT500. Originally the complaint from the old STV owners was that there was little to differentiate the GT from the STV. Who needs 200 mph? Well I guess you could ask who needs 155 mph?

I was just reading about the GT500 today. HOLY $#!t!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It looks beast I must say. I also saw the ZL1. They say the Camaro is gonna be about 55k I think. WOW, 55k for a Camaro, crazy. I didnt see pricing for the GT500, was it announced? Im sure it will be comparable to the Camaro. Big power in those boys, they are gonna be sick.

It's very funny to me, but I can understand the cost from a performance standpoint. |

Also keep in mind that $50k today is not the same as $50k ten years ago.

How about $35k on a GT and $22k on a V6? They've all gone up.

$50k is still a lot even if you take inflation into account. The interesting part is that these cars are still a pretty good bargain for what you get.

Real inflation or officially recorded Keynesian inflation?

Not sure if this is a option or standard.
Second-generation Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperCar tires mounted on 19-inch front and 20-inch rear forged aluminum wheels.

Properly setup, i doubt there will be much difference on the track between the two. Ford has had quite a long time to perfect their live axle and on a nice smooth track is where it will be able to really shine. On the street is a different story though and I would give the edge to the Camaro.

People make too big of a deal out of the live axle setup. There is no difference in behavior on the street with my 5.0s rear suspension compared to my 370Z. I think the live axle just gets a bad reputation because for a while they were really, really bad. But now with the new ones people are having a hard time coming to grips with the fact they are actually very good when done right -- on the street or the track.
