All so much cooler than the soul-less "well, I went and ordered one, it should be here in 6 weeks" Ford rigamarole. Last edited by ImportConvert; 05-25-2012 at 08:01 AM. |

Which reminds me, I beat a Z06 corvette on the track with a 2800lb 2 seater. 160HP at most, does this mean Nissan 240sx > Used 3180lb 2 seater?

numbers huh? ok....
662 hp > 505 hp 631 tq > 470 tq 203 MPH > 195 etc...etc....etc...... Plus, the GT500 can carry more groceries and 2 extra hot chicks! I assume Z06 owners can only handle 1 hot chick at a time.....pity.

I sold my Z and just picked up a 2010 Gt500 loaded and with only 9k miles. I love this car, it is not the fastest, most refined...etc...but it does one thing perfectly, it is damn fun to drive. There is always something faster, sometimes it is us and sometimes a Bugatti rolls up LOL

Meh, one is a helluva muscle car, one is helluva sports car, but I like my 370Z quite a bit obviously. Sounds like a few people are on the rag, oh well. Not my problem
I bought a Z06 over the GT500, and a 370Z over a 5.0. What can I say? raw numbers < what I enjoy most = sports car. I still think GM is only worried about the gt500/camaro, corvette is a different product. Last edited by ImportConvert; 05-26-2012 at 06:16 AM. |

I would agree with import. The Vette is a totally different car to the GT500.
I don't think Ford has come out to beat the Vette with the Z06... It's just like people trying to compair the GT500 to the GTR. Again, different car |
