First Renderings of C7 ZR1
 

These are renderings created by the guys at Jalopnik who spent some time looking at the actual C7 ZR1. I wish they had posted photos, but this will have to do for now.

I like how it looks from the front and side, but the rear is too Camaro IMO and looks terrible.

They need to change the tail lights, I do not want to see Camaro tail lights at all.

Exactly, it completely ruins the look of the car and makes it look cheap.

No more wrap-around rear window?

I don't like the tail lights either.

I was really expecting more of a change from the C6, but I guess I'll wait to see the official release.

Yeah, I'll believe it when I see it. This is not a good look for a Corvette.

Then again, the C6 took a while to grow on me. At first I laughed at the label "Corviper". Now I think they look pretty darn cool.

I think the more important part of the C7 will be the interior, since it was supposedly their biggest priority with the C7.

Hopefully they put the Cadillac design team on that.

If they do it right, it may be a tough call for me between a GT-R and a C7 Z06.

I agree big time, but I also want the exterior to look better than that.

I think it does look great, except for the rear. Of course we'd have to see actual photos of the car and not just computer renderings to actually get a good idea of how it looks and how the different elements flow together.

It looks meh outside. The camaro crap has to go, and it needs a teardrop back window to be a Vette.

Not a big fan of this look. I think the edges look to sharp imo, also the rear end doesn't do it for me either.

I really like it! It's a modern mix of Ferrari and a GTR. Hopefully the craptastic interior will finally get a nice upgrade.

I was expecting it to look more exotic. It looks too much like the c6 but with cadillacs sharp creases and edges. Any word on a dual clutch?

Also, cadillacs are sharp but still look classy. This, not so much.

Everything looks good, to me, except the hood. I agree that the interior should be done by the cadi guys.

Apparently the Corvette team denied on Facebook that this is 'close,' but who knows as all companies deny any speculation.

lines are too sharp. hope they round that up a little.

I say keep the round tail lights from past corvettes

I have a feeling this isn't close. It looks far far too much like the C6 with body kit. I doubt they'd do that.

The exterior is too busy for to be honest. Prefer the ultra-clean look of the current gen z06 and even zr1.
