I spoke to Jason (our fabricator) for some input, and he said that 3 things are likely contributing to the issue. 1st, the thin wall material of the Zele system is more apt to be affected by expansion/contraction because of the heating and cooling of the exhaust. Another issue is that because it's so light, there's not much tension on the exhaust hangers which means the expansion/contraction from heat can cause the exhaust to shift easily. The last aspect is that the stock exhaust has vibration isolators, and the Zele doesn't.
Give Jeff a call if you'd like us to take a look and see what's going on! Thanks again for the kind words. We appreciate the business and the opportunity to help you reach your goals.

Will do man, once it gets hot it definitely runs quieter nvh wise, ill give Jeff a call and see what we can do. that aside, I'm loving this thing. If only there was more bumper options, the last G definitely had more support.
