Yeah I didn't get it either, but it's the truth. Probably because there are a lot more 370Z's involved in accidents than GT-R's.

I don't know about that. We did scare away one GT-R from the offroading part of the GT-R cruise

counter intuitive, but true, the GTR is cheaper to insure than any Z. If that's not a good excuse to go out and get one, I don't know what is.

Alright guys, the Nismo is up for sale, pass it on. I am first on the list at Manassas Nissan for a 2013 Gun Metallic Grey GT-R. Orders can't be placed until sometime around December, with a April/May delivery date...the wait begins...

you might get lucky... we found out today they hit showrooms mid january

and if its anything like last year.... the first wave of cars were called pre builds where they were built in nov/dec and shipped.... the regional nissan reps then tried to match incoming cars to customer orders... if looks like this will be happening again since its already nov and they are confirmed to arrive now in jan ( this was a surprise )

im just waiting for someone to get a 2013 black edition as i have an open offer of $4K with the trade of my spoiler for the carbon spoiler off of it

I got my z sold and cash waiting in the bank. Now I just need to find a good deal. MC if u come across any good deals let me know it can be 09-12 , just not white

I was told they would be getting some pre-builds in, but were unsure of the colors they would get or when they would arrive. The dealer informed Nissan what some of their customers were looking for, we'll see...I am okay with ordering mine and waiting for it.

Edit: this gives me a chance to stock up on go faster parts

yeah its like a pool of cars for each region at the ports they can pull from.... this spring they had trouble moving red and had 5 cars here in the southeast that dealers wouldnt take just sitting at port...

thats how my first black edition got destroyed in the tsunami... for some reason certain regions got certain colors first... and i had like the first black/black edition ordered in the whole US...but because of my region a white car was put in first then mine happened to be built the week of the quake and was destroyed...... then nissan magically found me a black edition that turned out to be the first one ever built for the US.... so its interesting how these cars get moved around and where they end up

as for go faster parts... i vowed for 7 months not to touch the car as its was the first one and blah blah.... but after the news came out today of the 15hp bump.... broke down and picked up the phone and ordered a stillen midpipe and some K&N filters.... 15hp problem solved haha

be careful dealing with those guys. get your stuff in writing in advance once you get to a solid deal
