Default 2011/2012 TT vs 370z

Have anyone personally driven both cars? It seems impossible to test drive the 2011 TT.

Fully loaded 370z will cost me roughly the same as a loaded TT (I will get the audi loyalty discount).

Most articles I found online, compares the 370z to the TTS. For me, the TT competes w/ the 370z because of their price point.

Thanks in advance for any opinions.

The TT is no comparison to the 370 in performance, the TTS is close. Even though it is rated for 265hp, I think it is making closer to 300HP. I think TTS is due for a minor refresh, so it might not be a bad idea to wait or lowball the dealer for one. TT just got a tweak in torque, but still ways to go in terms of performance to the Z.

With all that said, I still want one because that is a better vehicle for New England and my wife can drive the automatic.

I see new TTS in the low 40s with the TT mildly packaged for high 30s. TTS doesn't get a lot of love from non track users because the giant turbo they use create lots of lag, but it is way superior at the track.

Buy me one and I will give you my Z

Right now, the TTS will cost me mid 40s/high 40s . TT will be at around 40.

Z loaded, I believe i can get it at about 39 or so.

Not sure if i can justify another 5-7K to get the TTS. Economy is pretty tough out there

yeah around mid 45s for a TTS, you can get a TT for <40K pretty loaded. go to 100% Haggle-Free New Car Price Quotes from Local Dealers - TrueCar and see what they have to offer

you can get a loaded Z for like 35-36K.

If you want performance, the Z will win almost all the time. I just like the AWD and the auto on the TTS.
