I wish I had Sync although, "happy ending" probably won't be recognzied so it will be useless for me

Yeah, the fact that it is 99% software is very good for ford. I don't think anyone else has anything close, and in lower-level cars, it presents a huge advantage. To me, it is relatively unimportant, but it would cost ford only the illusion of premium-ness, and about a dollar a unit to put it in EVERY car they sell...huge differentiator between honda/toyota/etc.
