I used to have a 68 mustang so I could definitely come back to the 'stang one day. My problem with the current mustang is mostly aesthetic. Then there is the issue of actually choosing one. If you get the 5.0, you gotta get the brembo package. At that point it makes sense to look at the boss, and then maybe even the gt500. Of course then you are in corvette territory, and the climb starts up that ladder until you get to z06/GTR territory.

That is true, plus the regular 5.0 with the Brembo package is far more suited to daily driving than the Boss. You can get it with all of the comfort and technology options unlike the Boss.
